Lambertville (Photo Essay of a New Jersey River Town 2011)
A tour of the delightful tourist town through the eyes of a long-term resident. The character of the town is explored through images of the town's people, places, pets, and architecture. The book chronicles the passing seasons, to show the town throughout the entire year. A must-have purchase or gift for families with roots in the town, and a great keepsake for visitors. Many of the images captured are off the beaten path, or taken at night or early in the morning when few people are around to see the scenes. A great collection that really captures the spirit of the town.
The Rising (2006)
Vividly captures the devastation of the worst flooding in the Lambertville area since the 1950’s. The images show the cresting water just under the Lambertville / New Hope bridge, and dramatic before and after shots from the town. Landmarks and low lying streets are lost beneath the torrent. Local residents are shown as they brace themselves for the worst, then proceed to put their homes and their town back together.
Marathon (2006)
Chronicles the highs and lows of the 2006 Philadelphia Marathon. The light-hearted celebratory atmosphere at the beginning of the race, among jugglers and costumed runners, soon turns serious as the day wears on. Determination turns into anguish as the miles pile up. The joy and pain of the runners are captured at all stages of the race. The book shows the emotion-filled moments as racers reach the finish line cheered on by family and friends.
